Hello
I have a user that used to be able to take his mouse and drag a particular task to a desired row in his task list. Recently, he discoverd he cannot manually move individual lines anymore. The red arrow that you usually see does not appear as you drag it to another location. And nothing changes after trying to drag to a new line
I have been trying to recreate this problem on my own Outlook program and have succeeded. As soon as I clicked on "Sort By:Subject" I lost the ability to drag tasks on my list also. I have tried to fix this issue but have had no luck. This happens on both 2002 and 2003 of Outlook. Am I missing a simple setting? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
