I'd like to start using Outlook's task feature to schedule tasks related to a
recurring project. Is there some way to launch a set of tasks like that?
The due dates will change for each project but the tasks will remain the same.

Outlook's tasks feature, in my opinion, is not complete enough to provide
non-trivial project management fuinctions. A real project manager, like
Microsoft Project or OpenProj would be a better choice.
