Outlook synchronization

I travel with a laptop & receive e-mail & update my
calendar.
At the Office I receive e-mail & update my
calendar.
Is it possible to synch these two?
It's a pain to keep wondering which computer has that
needed e-mail message or which computer has the most
current version of my calendar.
