Outlook synchronization

I need to download contacts from Outlook to my new phone. I was able to back
them up into Outlook, but now nothing downloads when I activesync. I can't
find anyplace to check or change on the palm 700 running windows mobile.

Ask in microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync. Outlook has no active role in
the synching. It's all up to the sync software.
