I didn't think it was possible without MS Exchange server (which is most
definately NOT freeware). Someone suggested
Vice Versa Pro. (http://www.tgrmn.com/) which allows you to open the same
PST file on two different computers. Most definately NOT freeware either,
but it's the closest you are going to get.

HI Jim,

there is no such free tools. But drop me a line- I will send you the
license for our EZOutlookSync.

Yahoo Calendar can synchronize contacts, tasks and calendar with Outlook
using Intellisync for Yahoo. Free (in the UK, anyway).

Not true, Plaxo will sync all your outlook data--contacts, calendar,
tasks, and notes. We sync all folders and categories and you can access
your data across multiple computers and on the web using Plaxo Online
(www.plaxo.com). Just install the outlook toolbar on each computer you
want to sync with and use the same plaxo account (say you're an
existing member when prompted).

Hope this helps, js (Plaxo engineer)

You might want to tell the website guys to make that a little more
apparent. It took me 20 minutes of reading to find and confirm this.
Yes it does, and yes it is free. Web service - Registerware.

I was not pleased with free synchronization programs that's why I bought Sync2. it works really great and worths every cent for it :). using Sync2 you can choose which Outlook folders to sync. you can synchronize your data manually or automatically
