I have a Western digital external hard drive with sync software but when I sync the outlook information it does not copy the data to the inbox and deleted box etc. it creates new inbox folders etc. so I end up with lots of inboxe's.
Is there a setting in Outlook 2003 or does anybody know a really good sync program that would do the Outlook and mydocs etc.
