Outlook style navigation

I am developing a project in VB.NET 2008. It is a smart client application
and I would like to put an outlook style navigation on the left side that
would allow collapsing of areas (similiar to the accordian control in AJAX).
I would like to replace the old menu strip with this new navigation. Is
there a navigation pane that does this?

As far as I know, you must 'build' one yourself or buy a control online.

I have never used this one - but its cheap ( for the whole lot of controls

At work we purchased "DotNetToolbar", I believe the website is
"DevComponents.Com". If you have the extra cash, I would do yourself
a favor and purchase a control such as this. It has various
components to give your whole application a outlook style.
