OUTLOOK stays enabled after closing

When I open OUTLOOK 2002 and then close it, the window
closes but the process still runs and I can not open
OUTLOOK again unless I close the process in task manager
 
Check with your add-ins. It could be very well possible that they do not let
you close Outlook correctly. Try disabling them to see if Outlook is indeed
the problem or one of those add-ins.
