Outlook Startup - Straight to Inbox

I'm running Outlook 2000, and wish to start the programme
in the 'Inbox'
folder. However, I cannot find any way of doing this - it
continues to
default to the overall 'personal folders' page.

Can anyone advise on how to remedy this?

try:

tool>options>other>advanced options and set the 'startup
in this folder' to 'inbox'
