Outlook start twice the first time after the user log in

Hi All,
I have a problem with a terminalserver everytime a user log in and he manual
starts outlook outlook start twice there is only 1 process open but 2 windows
anyone a idea ?
when he closes both screens and open outlook again just as normal 1 window
opens

Close one of the windows, then in the other click File>Exit. Does that fix
the problem?

Perhaps its an issue with the Windows user profile, then. I can't help on
that.
