Outlook Slowing

I've been using Outlook 2002 for quite some time now.
I'm hosting my own Exchange 5.5 mail server on the same small network.
Outlook has suddenly slowed down on this machine only,
all the others on the same network are fine.

By slowing down I mean that moving from one message to the other
is slow, there is a pause when deleting a message, and it's a bit
slower coming up on the screen.

Any ideas about what I should be looking for?
All other applications show no change.

TIA
