Outlook -- Slow

The response time of my Outlook is much much slower than it was. Email come
in and go out at the same speed BUT it takes a long time to open an email
and delete it and go on to the next.

Any ideas?

What version of Outlook are you using?

Try turning off the "Instant Messaging"

Open the TOOLS menu
Select OPTIONS...
Select the OTHER tab

Turn off the check mark next to "Enable Instant Messaging
on Microsoft Outlook"
