outlook sizing

I have a user running Windows xp and Outlook XP(2002). Have tried resizing
the window so it is smaller when clicking on the minimize button. IT will
work until OUtlook is closed and reopened. Then the size is back to the
default which is just a tid smaller when minimized then when maximized.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Minimizing a window means putting it down on the taskbar. I guess you mean
the middle button which does a Maximize or Restore Down of the window. When
a normal (Restore Down) windowsize is not remembered you can try to force it
by holding CTRL when you click on the X in the upper right corner of the
window to close the window.
