Outlook shuts down after 2 minutes

Small peer to peer network (3) all run outlook 2000. 2 are
XP Pro, 1 is Win2000 Pro. They have all worked well for
about 5 months. Now 1 of the XP por machines and the
Win2000 michine only allow a couple of minutes in
Outlook2000 before generating an error and Outlook closes.
Norton AV is up to date and have done scans on both.
Latest patches are on the XP machine for sure. Any idea???

I've tried to email you but it got kicked back. Is there
any way that I can send you the screen print with the error

IS this what you need? This machine also causes Word to
crash the same way but not excel.

The message from Outlook event is:
Faulting application outlook.exe. version 9.0.0.2416,
faulting module fldpub.dll, version 9.0.3425.0, fault
address 0x00026cd4

This error messages may be caused by either of the following behaviors:

- There may be an improper registration of the components that the Net
Folders feature uses to share items and send updates.

-or-

- There may be damage to the files that make up the Net Folders feature set.
