Outlook should use better arranged "ABC" listing in the contacts .

IN the Outlook "contacts" abc listing, why do you lump "cd" together and yet
have separate listings for "x" & "z". This makes the process cumbersome
 
Well "we" didn't.
Nor is it at all clear what you mean since you did not post your Outlook
version or the view to which you are referring.
