I want to send one message to 12 people were listet in one contact list one
by one, because I would not let to know all 12 members that I send the same
message to otherone too, but outlook put all email addresses once in to field
and send messege, I want that outlook should have option by which I can
select a list of cntacts and outlook send message to member 1 and then to
member 2 and then member 3 ...... and last member of that contact list.

Why is this a suggestion? Outlook can already do this with Mail Merge.
Also, you could have avoided the problem originally by putting the addresses
in the BCC field.
