Outlook should provide the user with an option to create a calendar entry for
follow-up when composing / sending an email.
Most business users of Outlook routinely go into their sent items folders
and drag sent emails into their calendar to create a follow-up entry. They
don't use the Flag feature since that appears to the recipient.
This feature would save users a lot of time and effort.
