Outlook automatically adjusts the ending time for appointments to make them
even hours or half hours when the starting time is changed. This is a hassle.
I often have to adjust appointment start times back by fifteen minutes (for
example, from 10:00 to 9:45). When I do that and close the appointment box,
it then automatically changes the end time to one hour after the start time,
when I want it to remain at the time I originally put in (11:00 in the
example). I then have to go in and change the end time back (and it doesn't
even show up on the drop down list, which is in half hour increments). I
recommend that the program not make any changes to the ending time on its
own. I suppose you could put this as an Autocorrect option that could be
checked or unchecked.
