Outlook should let me transfer ownership of a meeting to someone.

I am not sure if this has already been suggested, because no results were
shown when I started this wizard, so forgive me if this is a terrible repeat,
but one of my biggest frustrations with outlook is when meetings need to
change who "owns" them, having to cancel the meeting and have a new person
reschedule. Sometimes my meeting resources are "grabbed" before this
maneuver can be completed. This should be easier.

I.e. a button that allows me to click "Change Organizer" and designate
someone else as the owner of the meeting.

That would be a good idea.
