Outlook should let me set start time in pm and end time in am.

I work in a Call Center doing graveyard shifts, I'd like my co-workers to
know the time I get in and out, from 9pm to 9 am. A lot of Call Centers
operate in the evening in a lot of countries and use MS Outlook 2003. Let's
have this feature included.

After furious head scratching, graveyard asked:
