Outlook should let me set "PRIVATE" automatically

When setting an appointment or event on my calendar, the option to make the
item private exists only in the bottom right corner as a check box.

I would like the option of setting items "PRIVATE" as a default, or by using
criteria I chose. For instance, I might want all "EVENTS" set as "PRIVATE" by
default, then I could chose to make them public if I want. Or I might want
all meetings with an HR person to be "PRIVATE" by default.

When items are "private", others in my workgroup can be provided access to
see my calenday without seeing things I don't want made public (like doctor
appointments, etc). Being able to set these automatically as private, would
help.
