Outlook should let me combine calendars.

Outlook 2003 does not display combining calendars in the help feature.
Mirosoft search returned without an answer. Seems logical to me, if I can
make copies of calendars I should be able to combine without losing data.

Do you just want to move all the appointments from one calendar folder to
another, or are you trying to do something more complicated?

I have a question along the same line. If 2 calendars were archived can they
be combined?

Sure - just drag the contents of one folder into the other.

Hey 3 months between responses not bad huh? How do I drag the contents of a
calendar? I have a sub calendar that I need to combine with the main
calendar. If someone could step me thru I would definitely appreciate it.
Also if that can be done can calendars that have been archived also be
combined?
