The all day event reminder is hard coded. It is not configurable except by
manually changing it. Who knows what will happen with future versions,
however.
PS - you do know you can change the default reminder for appointments from
15 minutes, right?

After furious head scratching, T asked:
| as subject. recent change means that default reminder time is
| different for all day events (18hrs) and other (15mins). Outlook
| only lets you change the timed one now!
