Outlook should have an option to just open ONE instance

If you open Outlook several times you have several instances as well. I don't
know what this is for!! I don't need it.

I have set up a hotkey to Outlook 2003 by just opening the settings of the
link on the desktop or start menu and entering Alt + Ctrl + O to the hotkey
field. But this also work if you just click an outlook icon more than once.

If I want to bring up Outlook I just hit AltGr + O and I'm there. But If I
do this several times there are lots of instances visible at the
Outlook-Tray-Icon and I have to open and close EACH instance to shut down
outlook!!

Suggestion: Put an option to the settings "[ ] allow multiple instances" I
bet there are more users that find this annoying than ones that really work
with multiple instances.
Another suggestion: create a command line flag for outlook.exe that makes it
possible to just open one instance OR bring up the instance that is already
running.

This worked at Outlook Express SO WELL. I used it for years!!

Make sure you include the "/recycle" command line switch in your shortcut.
