Milly - thats great - I tried it and it actually works - PLUS - it gives me
lot of other faciities too - so its 9.9/10 for you on this answer. You get
the extra 0.1 if you can get me a different colour flag to use as well as the
red one ..lol.
Great stuff though - well done.

Here is an idea -
Drag the email to your tasks folder and then add your list of items to
accomplish. You can add deliverables to the item via a due date.

| I agree wholeheartedly. I am currently dying under an increasingly
| overflowing box of emails.
|
| When an email comes in I often need to write a 'to-do' list as a
| result of the email - and then tick items off as they are done. I can
| write a sticky label quite easily - but then that is remote from the
| email itself and I finish up with 2 heaps of unmanageble things.
|
| If it was just 'paper mail' coming in i would be easy to sort - maybe
| I should just print out all the emails and stack them on the side of
| my desk.
|
| Please MS - help me out here.
