OUTLOOK SHOULD HAVE A SEPARATE CONTACTS LIST FOR PERSONAL ADDRESS.

I would like a private contacts folder for my personal contacts that is
separate from business/ work contacts.

So what is stopping you setting one up?

So set up a Personal Contacts folder and enable it as an Outlook Address
Book.
