Outlook should be able to import files from Windows address book

I am trying to add contacts from Windows address book to Outlook. Any help
or suggestions?

What version of Outlook are you using? Please don't abuse the suggestion
feature - this is a question not a suggestion.

Have you tried File | Import and Export...?
