When sharing a personal calendar, the Reviewer option is good, but allows
others to see the specifics of the calendar items. Adding a new role that
would only allow the viewer to see the status blocks on a calendar would be
nice. This way, an administrative assistant or a co-worker could quickly
check for your availability without your having to divuldge the specifics of
your calendar items. Times would simply be blocked off in blue or hashed as
it currently does when checking availability while scheduling a meeting.
Currently, you would need to create a meeting request and add the individual
just to check availability. This would still, however, be the process for
those who are not sharing their calendars.
