We have a manager who wants to share his contacts (and contacts subfolders)
with his PA, is the possible??

At the moment she cant see the subfolders within contacts...

<snip>

Had a little poke around, and as far as i can tell, it's bad form to use
subfolders for contacts, maybe they should use one folder with categories
instead.

Another way... Is it possible for a manager for have a LIVE COPY of his
contacts published as public folders... thus allowing people/PA to view his
subfolders...??

<snip>

Any comments/ideas...?

I agree this is a better option, although you can share whichever folders
you like.

I don't know of anything that syncs personal/public contacts, but do a
search at www.slipstick.com

Thought i would reply to myself giving the answer as provided by
Barrytsiu...

Drag a shortcut of the subfolder into an email by pressing ctrl + LMB and
email the shortcuts to whoever.. they can then drag the shortcuts onto their
outlook bar...

Cool....
