Hello. Can someone help me with this question? What is
the best way to copy my existing contacts, calendar &
emails over to a new computor?

Thanks Harvey

To move Outlook data to a new computer, click on 'File' 'Export/Import' and export the data from your old system and use the 'import' function' once the program is open on your new computer. I found some problems moving from Office 97 to Office XP. It tended to set diary events to 'all day' rather than a specific time. Addresses etc. seemed to be fine. Good luck

Can you help me? How do you get Outlook to open on a specific function e.g. Calendar?

Exporting and importing is not a good solution as you'll loose all your
custom views and forms. Better is to locate your pst-file and copy that to
your new computer. Connect to it by using File-> Open-> Outlook Data File.

MikeB;
Better start a new post next time or conversations will run through
eachother as your post is not related to the new one.
Anyway;
Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button Advanced Options...-> at the top there
is a dropdownlist where you can specify your startup folder.
