Solution: Find a different ISP that can utilize Outlook.

I'm having a similar problem. I use hotmail, but when I
try to use outlook express there are about 13 messages in
the outbox which it keeps trying to send. It always fails,
but now I want to just delete them.

Questions: 1) What could be causing the messages to not
be sent?
2) How can I just delete them? I DO NOT want them to be
sent.

Check with AOL. They've been trying to add some other email alternatives
for AOL users. I think they had a few things in the works with their beta
program but don't know if they have accomplished their goals or not.
