I followed the posted advice of creating a new pop3 profile and made it my
default setting. I now have two settings: Microsoft Exchange and a pop 3
(default setting). Unfortunately, I still cannot open Outlook because it is
still looking for a Microsoft Exchange that does not exist. I cannot remove
this profile because it contains my email, calendar and contacts - according
to my computer. Actually, everything is empty because the computer is brand
new; therefore, I am willing to destroy this setting if it will allow me to
use Outlook.
