Outlook sent box is empty on remote users system

If he uses a .pst file, it could be saving the sent items
in that Sent Items folder. Or the View setting might be
filtering out by dates.

I think it is being filtered. I was able to add his mailbox and see is
sent items on my system. Thanks for the tip!
