Outlook sends same file many times

Hey all
I'm using Outlook 2002 and with large files in excess of say 150k - 200k,
I'm finding that the intended recipient gets multiple copies of the same
file.
Is there a known work around or fix for this?

Hi Roger,
maybe the reciptient have some trouble with their rules!
