Outlook sending replied messages to Inbox

Hi
I have office 2003, when I reply to a message it sends a copy of the same
to the Inbox , it doesnt happen when I forward or compose a new message.

I am not hitting the "reply all" button, I am hitting the "reply" button only.

I am worried that the copy of messages shouldnt be going to every one on my
address book
 
Mine does the same. I have looked all over the net .. but stil no
solution.pls inform me if anyone can come up with a cure
