Outlook Security Settings ?

I have a strange problem.

I The All Public folders i a folder containing Outlook Security
Settings.

When I create at profile for Outlook on 1 pc these settings is read and
incorporatet in Outlook.

On an other PC using same user it dos not.

What settings make outlook read these security settings ???

It must be missing on almost all other pc than my usual pc.

You might be missing the client registry entry that tells Outlook to look
