Hello,
On my old box running Outlook 2003 I have an Outlook looks to see if someone sends me a meeting invitation before 9 am. If so, it sets the reminder 14 hours before, so that I'm not blind-sided by a meeting when I first come into work.
I'd like to use it in Outlook 2007 as well, but it doesn't look like it will work. The macro security settings in 2007 are:
No warnings disable all macros (wouldn't work)
Warnings for all signed macros disable unsigned (don't want a warning)
Warnings for all macros (ditto)
No security check for macros (please hack my system)
With 2003 you could set your system to allow you to run macros from trusted publishers (like myself). I don't see why the security settings are the way they are in 2003. You pretty much have to have a wide open system in order to use macros.
