outlook search folder variables.

I am currently tinkering with a trouble ticketing system that sends my tech's
notifications whenever a case is assigned to them. The notifications contain
a string of text in the message body as follows: Due-Date: 05/05/05. I want
to make a search folder called TT's due today that will find messages that
are due today. Is this possible?

Also can anyone point me in the direction of some decent technical
information on outlook search folders? Everything I have found thus far is
too vague.

Search folders can't be defined with variables (unless you want to run VBA code to rebuild them every day -- not quite the same thing).
