Outlook S&T - Save Contacts?

I just want to be able to move my "contacts" from Student Teacher Edition
to MS Oultook 2007 - Contact Manager NOT UP-GRADE

How to?
 
If you upgrade from one version of Outlook to another, it should keep the
data intact.

Outlook 2007 will happiily reuse the PST in which you have your earlier
Outlook. If this is not an upgrade, then it must be on a separate PC. So,
with Outlook closed on the OL 2003 PC, copy its PST to any transfer medium
you have available (i.e., flash drive, external drive, CD/DVD), put that
medium on the hard drive of the OL 2007 PC, make sure the file is not
read-only, start OL 2007, and open that PST with File>Open>Outlook Data
File. You'll have complete access to all the information from the source PC
that way. You can either copy the data to your default folders or configure
OL 2007 to use the copied PST as the default.
