Outlook running on 2 computers

Have OL XP on home machine, OL2003 on laptop. Laptop configured to leave
mail on server, home machine removes it from server. Imported PST for
contacts,tasks, calender etc to laptop. How can I automatically keep these
non-mail outlook catagories syncronized between the two machines
