My rules for Outlook do not always run. If I close and then restart outlook the rules that should have run will now run. I was looking for a work around such as a batch file that would close and then reopen outlook and schedule it to run every so often.

Rules get disabled when they encounter an error. Enable/disable rules to
find out which one is corrupt and recreate it.

Anyway; for start/restart script see the back-up script in my downloads
section;

After installing WMI it works fine on NT4.0. It seems to have solved the problem. I plan to have scheduler run the batch file on a regular interval. Thanks
