Outlook rules

I need to be able to set a rule that will move tasks that are assigned to me to a different Task folder. The Rules Assistant only affects the Inbox. Is there a way to change this? There is a drop down box on the Rules Assistant so that tells me there should be something else in the list other than the Inbox.
 
Outlook does not have any rule that can handle this.
