I have been trying to get the Outlook 2000 rules to work to filter keywords
in the body of the email. I try to "Run Rule" and check th rule I wish to
run against the Inbox and nothing happens. I have tried to "Mark email as
Unread" and that has not worked. Any ideas...

Also I downloaded the wallpapaer/stantionery and installed it and cannot
find how to use it.

Thanks,
frankm

If you are trying to get Outlook to filter for certain words in HTML mail,
it does not work.

For the Stationery problem, what happens if you select Actions->New Mail
Message Using and then select your Stationery? Note: You must be using the
native Outlook editor and not Word.

I have just created some rules. Are you sure that the
rule you created is valid for your needs? What is the
rule?

I had an email that I was testing on. It was not html or an image with text.
This was a text based email with a word that I will not print here.
When I use Run Rule, with the email Read or Unread, it does not
move to the Deleted folder (the folder that I used in the rule to send to)

The rule is = After email arrives , words in message and move to deleted
folder

I found the statuinery where you said.... I've been looking for that for a
couple of
hours. Customizing Outlook is as easy as pulling teeth from a duck.

Thanks....
