Outlook Rules to upload to a FileServer

Is it possible using Rules or any other method, to have
files uploaded from an e-mail to another location.

If an e-mail is delivered to a mailbox, or a Public
Folder, is there a way to have the attachments on the
message automatically moved to a folder on a Server or FTP
site?
