Hi,

I am trying to help a colleague create a rule for one of his mailboxes. He
currently is the admin for a mailbox that all requests come into. The email
box that he is monitoring has a new address where the requests go to.

I am looking of how to write a rule so when any email comes to that specific
address it goes to the new address either by forwarding or replying back with
an answer.

the only thing i like to mention is he doesn't want his own mailbox to get
inundating with the reply all. I apologize in advance on if this is
convoluted.

Thank you
Vicky

Rules work only on the mailbox where you're logged in. If I were tasked with
this, I'd write a filter for the server. However, in Outlook, I'd probably
use:

Apply this rule after the message arrives
from "address1"
redirect it to "address2"
and stop processing more rules
