Outlook rules condition should allow relative date

Outlook rules processing is incredibly helpful for organizing the hundreds of
emails I get every week. There is, in my opinion, a missing rules condition:
Relative Date. I would envision a rule that could be executed on, for
example, messages received or sent "> 90 days ago" or "within the last 7
days", etc. The current date condition requires a hard-coded date range.
