For a Yearbook

One of our new blackberry's is only receiving e-mail that is destined for the
Inbox. Any mails that are filed as the result of a rule, into a seperate
folder are not being forwarded to the blackberry.

Tech support from blackberry said to go into Advanced opitions of Outlook's
mail account and check off "leave a copy of the message on the server". This
checkbox is not where they said it should be. We use MS Exchange and out
Outlook is 2007.

Are you using BES or Desktop Manager?

You can't leave mail on the server with exchange - it should all be left on
the server unless you set up a pst (not recommended).

We are not using BES. We did the setup through the Blackberry provider's
website. Would that be considered Desktop Manager?

Yes, that means you are using Desktop manager. Go to tools, accounts,
select the acct and click change, then more settings. Leave on server is the
last tab.
