Hi,

I’m trying to create an Outlook 2007 rule that will move messages I received
from senders who are on my ‘Cleanup Address List' personal address book
distribution list. I’d like to move the addresses from my inbox to a
designated folder. However, when I try to set up the rule, I get this message:

Cleanup Address List' is a personal distribution list that may not be used
with this feature. Would you like to use the individual members of 'Cleanup
Address List' instead?

I’m selecting new rule then “move messages from someone to a folder.†Is
there a way to do this without specifying each sender’s email address in the
rule?

No. Why do you not just choose the option to use the individual members?

And BTW, Outlook has not used a PAB (Personal Address Book) since version
2000.....
