I am setting up some Exchange resources and I need some help. I have the
resources working just fine, however I am looking for some increased
functionality. For my Conference Room Laptop and Conference Room Projector
resources, I would like an email to be forwarded to a certain mailbox (our
helpdesk) when these items are reserved so my helpdesk will know when they
need to set these items up for people. I have tried to do this using Outlook
rules, but since no email is actually sent when a resource is selected in a
new calendar event, it is not working. Any ideas?
