I have Outlook 2000 clients having this problem with the emails not showing up in their mailbox until they click on something. Then all of a sudden, they receive all of their waiting email. When they send a message, it sits in their outbox until they click on something and then it goes. When I connect to their inbox, I watch the emails instantly being delivered, so I know the problem is with the client machine.
I have already put in place the LDT local domain setting on my ISA server, and I know that isn't the problem. I have also used the q305572 and q304849 articles, however I would really like to know how to correct this. I would much rather get RPC working correctly then trying to force it to polling since something is obviously wrong with Outlook itself. I have already installed Office SP-3 and tried deleting the outcmd file that basically resets the toolbars. Any assistance would be appreciated.
